We ship throughout the continental U.S. using trusted carriers. Delivery timelines vary by product type.

• Local U.S. shipping — 7 to 14 business days
• Imported and sourced pieces — 45 to 90 days depending on vendor and origin
• Container volume orders — delivery aligned to container arrival date confirmed at time of order
• Vintage and custom items — may require extended lead times

Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships. Container arrival dates are targets — international freight timelines may vary. Storage is available if your timeline shifts — fee applies.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for damaged or defective items only. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-refundable items include:

• Custom and made-to-order pieces
• Sourcing deposits and container placement fees
• Membership and access fees once approved
• Vintage and consignment items
• Final sale items

Sourcing Deposits

All sourcing deposits and container placement fees are non-refundable once orders are placed and confirmed. Payment must be paid in full before your order is processed.

Fancci is a private luxury sourcing house — not a retail store. All transactions are conducted by private enquiry and confirmed in writing.
