At Fancci Boutique, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the nature of boutique and made-to-order furniture, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details at info@fancciboutique.com. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue with a replacement or repair when applicable.

Please Note:

• Custom orders, special orders, and trade purchases are final sale.
• Any approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned in original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged.
