Level 02 — Estate & Auction

Virtual Estate Sale & Auction Sourcing

"Estate sales and auctions move fast. The best pieces are gone before most people know they existed. Fancci watches, shortlists, and plans your bids so you never miss the find of a season."

Standards

How The Rare Find Works

Every Session Begins With a Conversation
Before any hunt begins, Fancci takes intake on your taste, your space, your investment range, and what you are looking for. The more we know, the more intentional the hunt.
Half Day and Full Day Sessions
Half day sessions are up to 3.5 hours. Full day sessions are up to 7 hours. Additional time is billed at $150 per hour, approved before extending.
Client Pays at Point of Purchase
For treasure hunt and in-person sessions, clients pay stores and dealers directly. Purchase handling can be added for an additional coordination fee.
Sourcing Fees Are Non-Refundable
Fancci's time and expertise have value. All sourcing fees are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required to book any session.
