From laughter that filled rooms. From music that turned ordinary nights into memories. From a brother who believed in family, loyalty, and protecting what he loved.
Lamont Brown was not just my brother. He was my protector. He was my biggest supporter. He stood behind Fancci Boutique when it was still a vision. He believed in it before it had shine, before it had structure, before it had success.He poured heart into everything we built.When he was taken from us, the love did not leave. The vision did not stop. 

The legacy did not end.
HOUSE10 is how we carry it forward.


What HOUSE10 Stands For
HOUSE10 represents joy in a home. It represents laughter around a dining table. It represents music in the living room. It represents family having a space that feels safe, beautiful, and dignified.
Through Fancci Boutique, HOUSE10 exists to furnish homes for families who cannot afford quality furniture on their own.
Because everyone deserves to experience comfort. Everyone deserves a space that feels like love.


How HOUSE10 WorksHOUSE10 operates as a charitable initiative under the Fancci Boutique umbrella.
A percentage of qualifying furniture purchases helps fund home transformations for selected families.
When designers, developers, and clients source through Fancci Boutique, they are not just investing in luxury furniture. They are helping build a home for someone else.

In addition, HOUSE10 accepts:


• Monetary donations to fund full room installations

• Gently used furniture donations for resale

• Consignment pieces where a portion of proceeds support HOUSE10 families
Much like traditional nonprofit resale models, donated and consigned furniture may be sold, with proceeds directly reinvested into furnishing homes for families in need.
Proceeds circulates back into comfort, dignity, and joy.
